About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Don't worry. Be happy.

ABOUT ME

I choose to live a happy, full, and peaceful life.
I embrace what ever may come my way.
I live with passion and draw inspiration from my surroundings wherever it may find me.
I choose to live more, give more, and learn more.
I hope to inspire others.

I happily left my full-time Canadian government job (which I enjoyed and thrived in) in July 2014 to explore my other life interests and passions! I'm a curious soul and I'm excited to experience what may come.
I'm currently on a journey throughout parts of Asia, simply flowing with the guidance of the universe.

PHILOSOPHY

Be kind. Be fair. Be honourable.
Listen carefully. Speak up.
Be open to new ideas.
Don't seek validation from others.
Laugh often.
Don't allow possessions to own you.
Explore.

"Be the change you want to see in the world"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love sharing my home with others.

I've experienced some of my most inspirational moments of life while living with CS hosts.

I speak proudly of the CS philosophy to everyone I meet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Extremely positive!
I have integrated the "couchsurfing experience" in to my way of life. It has revealed (and continues to reveal) so much to me about others and about myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Letting go of material possessions and living simply and freely. Following my heart and the guidance of the universe.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to share my travel journal with you. The travel journal includes entries from people that I've met along the way. I wish for the pages to be filled with words of inspiration, hope, and passion. Will you write in it next?

I can share Canadian/Toronto and Chinese culture, I enjoy teaching sketching and painting, and I like to cook so I'd love to share my/your kitchen and prepare a meal together.

What am I interested in learning? Teach me something I don't know. Share with me something that I have never experienced. Language. Music. Food. Culture. Rituals. Ideas, hopes, dreams, inspiration. Art. Your special talent.

Some particular things that I want to learn in the short-term are how to bake delicious bread, how to play the harmonica, new food recipes, new drawing and painting styles, and playing guitar more proficiently.

AND if you can share your experience with graphic design, that would be awesome!!!
