WE ARE TRAVELLING RIGHT NOW SO WE CANNOT HOST YOU!

We are a Danish couple, who are right now travelling, and will be back home in DK in August. A time where we will unplug from our daily life. We plan to be in Asia for 5 month, and South & Central America for 5 month. So we have plenty of time figuring out what to do, when its time to go back home. We hope that we will meet many nice and Wonderfull people, making our journey even more Wonderfull. I hope some of them will be you guys!

So who am I (Carina). I am quite a palette of things!! I have been an animal keeper for the last 12 years! But have just quit my job, and soon I will just be me- who I truly am. Not a keeper, not someone with a label- just Carina. I like everything outside, animals, nature, plants, the sky and the sea. I easily get excited of new things, and day dream a lot. I like to dance, laugh, explore- but also like to sit in silence, alone- just thinking about life.

I'm (Claus) are 36 and a former chef, I love to talk about politics and how the society works in other countries which is also one of the reasons that i love to travel. I'm a socialist with a big heart for people not so fortune as Carina and I.

I like the idea of helping each other, on a trust based relation. And also that it gives the opportunity to meet other exciting people. It can really help less fortunate people to get out and see the world, others cultures, and meet new people. Many people have plenty of room, and plenty to give- so I think it is a beautiful thing that there is a place where we can do just that. Help each other, and get to know each other- in a kind and loving way.

Music:Rising Appalachia, Agnes Opel, Kashmir, R.E.M, and many many more!! (I like all from classical to rock).

Movies: Untouchables, Eat-Pray-Love, Pretty Woman, Walk the Line, etc.

Books: I read a lot of self help books, that helps me explore my inside, and make me an even better me. I just read a book called The Purpose of your Life, by Carolle Adrienne. Next book is Eckhart Tolle with the Power of Now.

There is many, but okay- apart from all the great things I have experienced as a keeper, I choose the time when I was in Uganda and spend an afternoon with the Mountain Gorillas living there.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

There is so much to share. But the first thing that comes to mind, is to remember to share the small gifts, with other people. How often haven't you thought, wow pretty dress, she looks beautiful, great job he did there, nice home, nice meal, etc etc- but not shared it with the person. I know its easier with people you know, and I am more referring to it when it is a stranger. I have seen so many eyes lid up, by telling them how great they look, or how good a job I think they did. One day, I was driving with my brother, who gave a man, driving a cool old car, a thumps up. He just lid up. So- are you sharing your beautiful thought, to others? Maybe making their day just a little bit better?? (-:

Right now, my boyfriend and I, are living in a very small trailer. So we cannot offer very much right now. If the opportunity should be there though, we can offer a warm and loving home.

Right now we are in South America and won't be home until August. When we get home, we are planning to find, or start, a commune- where we can live together with other people- here, we would love to welcome people (-: And you would be welcomed with a smile, lots of help to get around, see the area, and we would cook lovely vegetarian/vegan meals. And play board games at night, probably with a glass of wine- listening to jazz.
