About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I feel a bit lost in this big ole world, not sure where to go or what to do, but I'm gonna keep on truckin and drink in every bit of the journey
ABOUT ME
I have a deep love affair with the written word, I love to cook, especially for others, I enjoy a good red wine or a finely made Jack and Coke, I am blessed with a big, loud and loving family, I think dance and music are essential to any happy life, as well drinking at least 2 cups of coffee a day, I believe in random acts of kindness and the ability of one person to change the world, peace and happiness is attainable for all but we have to work together as the human race to achieve our greatest potential.
PHILOSOPHY

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was a witness at the amazing dedicaiton ceremony for a Buddhist Peace Pagoda that was built in my hometown of Grafton, NY in 1993. These pagodas are designed to be a focus for people of all races and creeds to help unite them in their search for world peace.
When vacationing in Cape Cod, Massachusetts on summer my family was walking to the beach and discovered that a huge humpback whale had beached itself. It was so sad to see this massive, amazing creature out of its natural enviroment and it has stayed with me my whole life.
Teach, Learn, Share
"A need to tell and hear stories is essential to the species Homo sapiens--second in necessity apparently after nourishment and before love and shelter. Millions survive without love or home, almost none in silence; the opposite of silence leads quickly to narrative, and the sound of story is the dominant sound of our lives, from the small accounts of our day's events to the vast incommunicable constructs of psychopaths." ~Reynolds Price
