ABOUT ME

I run my own vegan catering company with business partner Sammy. Trying to show the world how good vegan food is!Im passionate about creating healthy yet delicious food.I am considerate, friendly but can also be shy at times.I am hospitable and welcoming and am happy to cook a vegan meal but do not allow any meat or dairy in my home.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to live very simply with as little impact on the earth as possible. I'm not into material posessions. I like to meditate.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed in England, Paris and Tenerife and have also hosted here in Brighton.

Intereses

Other than cooking I'm into meditation, yoga, walking and trying to live with as little impact on the earth as possible. I'm into recycling, freecycling, skill and clothes swaps!I'm not really into partying but prefer to go out for meals, a quiet drink or to cultural events.I love to travel and have spent long periods travelling Asia and Europe- now I prefer to take shorter trips away.

Música, películas y libros

I generally like all kinds of music but as I dont own a TV or stereo I only tend to listen to the radio!At the moment I am to busy to read but books I have enjoyed are Vurt by Jeff Noon, The moneyless Man by mark Boyle, and books by Paolo Coehlo.
