CURRENT MISSION

I am working for a future of sustainable living for the human environment.

ABOUT ME

I operate a community-center, live-work space in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. We have 3 floors, 6 residents, a catering kitchen, dance & yoga space, event venue, and rooftop garden. I teach Yoga part-time and the rest of the time work in sustainable food systems, urban farming, food distribution, and travel internationally as an event & festival catering manager/chef. Love to connect with people in food & yoga, alternative economies, underground venues, hacker & maker spaces, and more.

I am actively learning more Spanish as we travel to work in Central America annually, and live in a primarily Mexican/Hispanic area in Chicago

We travel to connect with people and learn to grow. I would always rather spend time with somebody from a place and immerse myself in the environment, than simply tourist & hostel.
