Adventurer, iconoclast, independent, sharing, energetic!
I love the out of doors, grew up luckily in the West with all the benefits of Colorado...skiing, hiking,camping, horses, partying and freedom..one day I looked in the mirror and I saw a hippie. I have had a world of experience from New york City in the fashion world to teaching Yupik natives in Kongiganak, Alaska, to teaching skiing in St. Moritz. I am grateful for every day because life is so wonderful!

PHILOSOPHY

"go for greatness"..not in the material sense, but in the richness of life. I love to teach, because I learn so much,I am a permanent student. I do things most people are affraid to do and accept the consequences...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I come from a generation where everything was original, not a remix of the past and I experienced it first hand..sometimes tears, but always "go for it" as we say in the freestyle world of skiing. I love the people you meet and the friendships you build.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience started with my son introducing me to a host in Mongolia where we stayed for three days. I really don't like being on the computer, so I hire my son to do it for me:)..but every experience has been wonderful, traveling people are the best..it is much better than sitting in a hotel where social interaction is very limited...you get to know the people!

Quality, knowledge, engaging...very diversified tastes...international, but...years ago, my son and I watched the movie "Wayne's World" at least a dozen times :)
