I'd like to learn any kind of new things.
But if I have to fill in something:
Languages, most of all Spanish and Russian.
Fishing (at sea).
Climbing (I'm still really bad at it though I enjoy it so much)
Paragliding.

I can teach Italian cooking. At least, my way to it.
