I'm outgoing and easy going. I enjoy high energy people as well as the mellow ones. I'm traveling 9,500 miles around the US right now--blogging about local/organic food that I find and cook along the way. I've recently quit my job and am traveling, writing, cooking, dancing, and visiting friends around the US. I enjoy reading, running, walking, dancing, cooking, thinking, journaling, and hearing people's amazing stories (we all have them). I am enjoying life and want my life to bless others.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Favorite moment from a trip to Africa in the summer of 2007: I laid down in the middle of the Kalahari Desert as the sun set and the stars began to wake up, and I just stared in awe at the vast expanse of sky. I watched as the stars started to glimmer and shine... The flat ground I laid on was obstructed by no trees, buildings or lights. The salt pans of Botswana stretch on in all directions. The domed sky wrapped around me from horizon to horizon, and as the sky darkened, the stars took over and I could only wish my little eyes could drink it all in.
