ABOUT ME

I love to travel and watch movies and read books. Not doing much else. Ah, study! I do study Stats, but I am not as smart as you think. And I did study Psychology and, well, yes, I'm as nutty as you think. And I can read your mind. And interpret your dreams. Oh, well, prejudices. Let's put it like this: nice boy, loves to travel, lots of things to tell, very respectful of your couch, open minded on the hosting thing. Is that alright?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Atm I am looking for an accommodation for myself during my next travels, but in the next future, when I'll have my room I'll definitely make a couch available for surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never used this service before. I did host someone every now and then: friends, friends of friends, people met somewhere that needed some help. I've signed up because I'm looking for an accommodation atm. After I'll find a mid term accommodation myself I'll maybe be able to host people too.

I am definitely a movie freak that looks down on blockbusters and praises small indie movies. This doesn't mean I don't like people with different tastes than mine, it's cinema, it's not a war. Some director I revere: Wong Kar-Wai, Lars von Trier, Truffaut, Gondry, Polanski, Kieslowski, Kaurismaki, Loach...

Music I prefer (random list): Radiohead, The Smiths, Arcade Fire, Velvet Underground, Sigur Ros, The Ramones, Joy Division, Vinicio Capossela, etc.

I can definitely share my cinema knowledge and I have been traveling quite a lot already, I always enjoy giving tips to anyone. As for learning... Well, I like to listen to people, whatever they are saying, get an idea of them, and learn whatever they're offering. I am definitely a listener more than a talker.
