Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined the Couchsurfing community in March 2019 when I backpacked around the UK from March to about August 2019. I met some lovely people through this network and was received with love and kindness. I'd like to return this to the community whenever I have the opportunity to host others.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've been independently studying pre-Christian Northern-European history for a number of years and my interest has grown wildly from Celtic and Scandinavian societies to the early Anglo-Saxon migrations; from early medieval art to Icelandic literature. This personal work is what inspires my creative writing and most other aspects of my life. I breathe this stuff.

Love a good film or mini TV series.

My favourite author at the moment is Naomi Mitchison and her book The Spring Queen and the Corn King.
