I'm an Australian and grew up on the south eastern coast of Victoria and later moving to Melbourne. I'm a chef and have worked at some of the best restaurants in Australia. I have a passion for local organic food and working closely with the people who produce or grow it. In my spare time I love rock climbing, drinking wine, spending time outdoors and travelling through country Australia. I also love intellectual conversation about almost any topic and am always keen to hear different peoples views and ways of thinking

I quit my job and bough a plain ticket to England. I'm really keen to see the rest of the world and how other people live day to day and feel couch surfing could be a great way to do that. I love seeing the city's of the world for what the locals about them and avoid tourist traps.
