I'm a 27 year old who loves traveling and meeting new people. I studied medicine and am now working in consulting. I love music, my friends and my family. I'm currently traveling Europe for a few weeks on holidays.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people and get to know the places I visit. I also wish to develop friendships with open-minded, passionate people. My experience on Couch Surfing thus far has involved meeting engaged, kind people, and I want this to continue.

Interests

Playing guitar (several different styles), beach volleyball, rock climbing, squash. I love music and I truly love learning new things. I describe myself as someone who wants to do everything; I will never truly have the time in life to everything I want to do. So I make sure that the things I do do, I truly love.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love many different genres of music -
I have an old time love for funk and indie bands. Some bands I love - Bombay Bicycle Club, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tame Impala, Ben Folds Five, Yeasayer, The Kinks and many many more.
I also love house/tech house music with a particular favourite being Kerri Chandler.
Another all time favourite music artist is 'Vanilla'. He is an instrumental hip-hop artist (you can find him on soundcloud) whom I absolutely love.
My favourite movies really depend on my mood. I have always loved Leonardo DiCaprio's films.
I try to read as much as I can, although I often don't find the time. The last great book I read was Red Notice - I couldn't put it down.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 5 months busking for a living in New Zealand. I skiied in the day, and busked with one of my best friends at night. Best life ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can, and enjoy, teaching guitar.

Learn: Learning is a passion of mine. I love learning anything I can, and from different perspectives.

Share: A good conversation, food, and a game of volleyball or squash if you play!
