Living the renaissance life in a rebellious sort of way, learning everything I can get my hands on, including more about myself and others, why and how we think like we do. I look, feel, (and sometimes act) much younger than my years, and am still very physically active. My many passions have come out in my hobbies and career. I was fortunate to become a classically trained and educated chef during my sabbatical years, though my love for animals has led me to build a farm to market program at my ranch in west Texas. Wines have always been pure enjoyment for me, so a glass of wine and great conversation is an evening I strive to find. My chaotic, though manageable, schedule gives me flexibility for lunches and coffee, and the occasional Friday and Saturday night dinner date. Though rarely do I turn down a cocktail invitation. I would adore someone who is a great conversationalist and enjoys a few of the same worldly desires that I strive to do.

From the above summary you might consider that I truly am passionate about most everything I do, but you may enjoy finding that out for yourself. If I can find a moment or two in the craziness of my schedule, My campfire and dutch oven cooking can convince most outdoor-shy people and turn them into willing campers. I was very fortunate in my high tech years to traverse all around the world. However, I'm now more into discovering the wonderful places we have closer to home (but I'm not averse to international travel).

Interests

I do entertain many different outdoor and athletic activities, so I can maintain a reasonable fitness level.

There is much I've yet to experience. And while concocting one of my kitchen experiments for taste testing is pure joy , I also much adore the fermented juices from around the world in sincere hopes they will please my palette.
