Why I’m on Couchsurfing

when i travel, i like to stay with people and see how they live and what they like to do, or else to just go out and wander, because i like to use travel as a way to get to know myself and others better, rather than consume a bunch of things and then go home. plus, i live in columbus, ohio, usa and people would totally miss what's cool about being here if they went out and only tried to 'see things'. so couchsurfing seems to be the way to go.
