Overview
About Me
I moved to Berlin for a Master's program after living in New York for 4 years. I'm traveling as much as possible and taking every chance I can to meet new people and try great food! My friends would describe me as extremely social, funny, and contagiously curious. I currently cannot host in Berlin (yet) as I have several roommates and I am searching for a bigger flat!
My uber rating is a 4.8 and I have all rave reviews on AirBnB (haha)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: huge fan of historical fiction including All The Light We Cannot See, Fall of Giants, The Nightingale, and fiction in general like The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Digital Fortress, etc.
Music: anything with a good beat/that I can dance to, especially house music (Gorgon City, Calvin Harris, DJ Snake, Zhu, etc.)
TV: I pretty much only watch TV when I'm eating food at home but favorite series include The Handmaid's Tale, Big Little Lies, Insecure, The Man in the High Castle, and The L Word
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Highlight of my life so far was studying abroad in Singapore in spring 2014 and getting the chance to travel all across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam) while making new friends though classes who I still keep in touch with! Wouldn't exactly call that amazing but was definitely fun.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd like to think I have a zeal for life--I'm always trying to find new experiences in the city I live in, whether it's art gallery opening parties with free wine, experimental dance performances, finding DJ sets and interesting places to go dancing, etc. I love making new friends, traveling, and sharing stories.
My most practical skill is planning trips and finding decent flight deals from New York ($425 to Taiwan, $500 to India, $180 to Paris, etc.)
