I believe in a lot of philosophies, most centered around being present. I believe that all things physical, spiritual, and emotional are woven together. I like pulling on the threads and seeing what happens.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Car-tramped with 2 friends up the eastern coast of Australia, met some really amazing people including very gracious couchsurfing hosts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camping with the Roos on Mt Kosciusko was pretty wild. Solo hiking in the Ozarks was also incredible, if not a little terrifying at times.
