dr. sayyed hussein nasr was my teacher for four years in the ways of the world and god. for four years i thought he'd taught me a lifetime of volumes until i realized how little he'd actually revealed to me. what i learned in the end was that he taught me nothing but to seek out and recognize good teachers. anyone willing to open up a little and share their experience meets my criteria for a serious partner in knowledge. a True teacher though, versed in the language of god and the soul of the world, is something quite unique, and i have learned to only look for such a teacher when a decision must be made that is life altering.
