ABOUT ME

Well... I've been kicking around the globe for over 7 years now, mostly in SE Asia and Australia. I've been an English teacher in Thailand, scuba diving guide in Indonesia, bartender in the outback of Australia, and have traveled extensively just for fun! Now I'm based in Chiang Mai where I own a yoga retreat center. I've very easy to get along with, introspective, sometimes very animated when talking about a common interest. Most of all, I'm up for the experience, whatever it may be.

While surfing, I am most interested in gaining local insight. The highlight for many surfers that stayed with me was being shown where the locals eat, off the beaten track places, and inside information that only those who have spent significant time in their areas would know. I would like to experience something similar when I'm surfing.

Hosted lots of surfers in Chiang Mai, now I'm back on the road so I'm looking to meet and maybe surf with you!

We've had the pleasure of hosting lots of great people in Chiang Mai, and also surfed with lovely folks in Brunei, Dhaka, Melbourne, and Dili.

I love yoga, meditation, scuba diving, going on hikes, playing cards on impossibly long bus/train rides, swinging in hammocks, exploring new and ancient cities, going on motorbike trips, reading travel blogs, meeting new people, and most of all, I'm all about the adventure of every new day.
