I always seem to be reserved at first sight but I love to meet new people and get to know their interests. I've been to so many places already and was hosted with such hospitality that I thought it'd be great to host people on my own here in my beloved hometown of Cologne I grew up in.

Like I said. I already have seen much in this world. Luckily I always knew people in those countries to be an excellent host to me. So I decided to try my best to give something back to the world who wants to visit good old Germany and this beautiful 2000 year old city.

Interessen

My interests vary very much. Where should I start? First of all I am intrested in history. If that is a turn off for you don't worry. I am also a big Star Wars fan, I actually read all those Game of Thrones books by GRRM and I love the Marvel movies even though I am not into comics at all. Except Asterix & Obelix. I am not that big party or clubbing guy but in good company I go out occasionally and have fun. You can ask me out for a good chat in a bar anytime, I'll be there.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: it varys very much. It goes from Green Day, Billy Talent, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Bright Eyes, Fall Out Boy, Angus and Julia Stone, Amy Winehouse (yes I loved here before she died), Bon Iver, My Chemical Romance, Sum 41, Bring me the horizon over to good classics like the Beatles (LOVE THEM), Queen, Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, The Doors, The Animals, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Neil Young and finally some weird stuff like Hip Hop, especially german hip hop.

Books: I don't know where to start and end with this, most certainly I will miss 99 % of them. Right now I am much into big shots like John Steinbeck, George R.R. Martin. If I read a book I always need my time for it. My study for master history is connected with much reading for it. I read like a thousand pages a week just for my study. So there is only time for private reading in the subway or in bed falling asleep while reading it.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I don't want to bragg but I did many amazing things in my life. Like parachuting, boot rafting, making a trip starting at the golf of mexico up to california by car and just being in China nearly all by myself and only having my hands and feet to talk with the locals.

I am a walking encyclopedia, like wikipedia that thinks and talks. If you are interested in the culture and history of Cologne or other places in Germany, I am your man! If not I am a good listener and I am always interested to hear someones views and perspectives. Living in the city I totally know where the good bars and restaurants are to have a great time.
