ABOUT ME

I'm a 47 yr old teacher and mental health professional from Oakland California recently living part time in Alaska and in Costa Rica. I'm an avid runner and yoga practitioner, don't drink or smoke, I'm into the worlds wisdom traaditions, meditation, yoga, story games, literature and science fiction, holistic health, bicycles, ecstatic dance, trance visioning, beaches, bodywork and healing, contact improvisation dance, dreamwork (ask for an interpretation!), community activism, philosophy, conflict resolution, Jungian psychology, meditation, ear acupuncture (ask for a treatment!), climbing trees, exploring depths, and serving human needs. I travel a lot teaching holistic mental health and depending on the client I've stayed at everything from private apartments and expensive hotels to futons on the floor, a London squat, and a jungle encampment. I'm an alternative therapist into Jung somatics dreaming social justice diversity and human liberation. travelled across the country a few times, squatted in London, lived in a forest, traveled through Europe and many parts of Latin America, recently returned from an eco village in Alaska
