Hi there! I am a Londoner, born and raised. In 2013 I moved to Hong Kong and now live in the Soho district, which is right downtown. I'm an avid traveler myself and in particular I enjoy Latin America.

P.S. - For avoidance of doubt, I do not own a chicken! I think my friend meant to say kitchen! ;)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So I have a flat in the Soho area of Hong Kong, very close to all the bars of Wyndham St and LKF where all the action is! I also have a couch which can sleep one person at a time! In particular I started on this site to look for Spanish speakers so my preference is for Spanish nationals and Latin Americans so that I can at least have a little bit of practice on my Spanish / develop my network of people I know in countries where I want to travel myself :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have just come back from holidays in Colombia and a lot of people were talking about their positive experiences of couch surfing, so it encouraged me to sign up... and here I am!!

Algo increíble que he hecho

Goodness! Just the one? I guess the thing that really stuck with me when I think of all my travels was the ride up to Angel Falls in Venezuela. The rock structures along the way on this amazing river ride were just breath taking as it takes you back to the prehistoric era. Indeed Hollywood often films their dinosaur movies in this part of the world. Angel Falls itself was what Paradise Falls in the movie 'Up' was based upon. The whole adventure was stunning.
