HELLO !!

I am an Irishman who is currently teaching English in Turkey. I have been travelling and teaching since I graduated last year and now since I have some holidays I am trying to visit as many places in Turkey as possible over the next week or so.

I am a care free, easy going person who is more then open to any life experience. And I am looking to escape my city life :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't just want to find a place to stay but also to meet interesting people worldwide, different lifestyles, different cultures and create new friendships that last a lifetime.

For now I am not able to host, but from mid February my apartment may come available

I like every type of music depending on the situation. Some of my favourite books to read are science fiction and honestly children's books, because well, I am a kid really

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During the Thai New Year, Songkran, where the people of Thailand celebrate by having a giant water fight throughout the country, I was in the middle of Bangkok's party street Khao San Road, and while being attacked by every single Thai person on that street because I'm super WHITE I decided to climb on to a police truck and ride it down the street. It was crazy I felt like a celebrity.
