So graduated this year (2014), started working as an engineer the month after - already in management... oh yeah!! haha its a cool job, and it means I can fund my wee expeditions all over the world.

I would say I'm easy going, easily convinced to do something fun, and inspired to find new adventures.

Interests

Anything outdoors suits me perfectly... you will never find me that far from the coast for any length of time. I like swimming, snorkeling, surfing, just starting to get into skating/longboarding, love hiking and scrambling about in the middle of nowhere!

Also into my music, played the highland bagpipes for years - won the world pipe band championships in my grade 2 years in a row.... oh yeah!

Music - I like everything from reggae to electroswing, and everything in between!

I'm not a huge fan of reading books, I'm sure they're as good as everyone says but my mind tends to wonder and get easily distracted!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent two months hiking around Iceland with my bro with only the kit on our backs! This adventure took us up volcanoes, through glaciers, into the icy waters of Northern Iceland, stuck up mountains in blizzards & surviving off the land.
