I'm a Florida alumn and a recent graduate of UMass Amherst. I am currently working as a postdoc at LSU. I like to think that I'm a pretty laid back person who is very open-minded. I'm also a workout enthusiast, especially w/ running, but I do get lazy on my workouts every now and then.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It all started w/ wanting to make my commute from Massachusetts to Florida more affordable and meet some cool people on the way. Since I enjoyed the experience so much, I decided to open my new home and give back to the community.

Music, Movies, and Books

No matter how old I've gotten, I always find myself liking hip hop/rap music the most; however, I'm a sucker for any other genres with catchy tunes. I'm all over the place when it comes to movies, but action pack and comedy films probably top the list. Sadly, I don't read books much outside of work, but I'm a huge supporter of reading enthusiasts.

I can teach the basics of all food science topics or bore you w/ my thesis :) I'm down to learn just about anything, and I'm open to sharing knowledge and skills.
