Born and raised in good ole Upstate New York (There is not such thing as bad weather). I earned my Masters of Business Admin in Louisville, KY, and then took a job in Portland, OR. Then my lady and I decided to leave our jobs, travel the world, and start my own consulting business, which has become the best decision we have ever made. I consult for startup businesses, and I also do college-bound mentoring for high school student-athletes. I might not make as much now, but I can work remotely and set my own schedule, which is beyond well worth it to me. In 2018, I was fortunate to travel with my lady to Nepal, India, Thailand, Loas, Cambodia, Vietnam, Israel, and Iceland over roughly 9 months. I also just accepted a high school boys lacrosse head coaching job, for the spring.

Love the podcast world, especially Rogan, Ferris, RichRoll, Malcolm Gladwell, Robbins, etc.

In 2018 I read “The Alchemist” by Coelho, Shantaram” by Roberts, “The White Tiger” by Adiga, “Shoe Dog” by Knight, “Unshakeable” by Robbins, and most recently read "Sapiens", by Yuval Noah Harari. I highly recommend it to everyone. “Consistency is the playground of dull minds.” “One of history’s few iron laws is that luxuries tend to become necessities and to spawn new obligations.” In addition to reading his second book, “Homo Deus”, I am also reading “The Leadership Playbook: Become Your Teams Most Valuable Leader” by Jamy Bechler... reading it with my new team captains.

So many good shows out these days it's dangerous... can't wait for the new GOT, loved Stranger Things, Ozark, Sex Education, Homecoming, Maniac, etc.

I just went snowboarding in chest deep powder in Colorado, at Winter Park/Mary Jane. It has been 9 years since I have had such pow. Absolutely mindblowing!

As mentioned, the lady and I made a bold decision at the end of 2017, and left our jobs and traveled the world for 8 months. It was absolutely amazing. And we have both ended up with better jobs/work-life balance.
