Me and my son currently reside about 40 minutes outside of Los Angeles, we live in an RV in the country. We enjoy having couchsurfers and showing them around while on vacation and make trips into town everyday. We are in close proximity to the Pacific Coast Trail.

Born and raised in Southern California. Retired Firefighter. I Have hitchhiked around the country and have spent a lot of time traveling. I enjoy meeting new people and seeing the sights.

I am on couchsurfing because i enjoy meeting new people and learning about their cultures. Being a life long traveler, I now have a 6 year old son that I am raising on my own. This being said it keeps me pretty grounded. By couchsurfing, the travel/travelers come to me. It also enables me to enhance my sons life . But the most important reason is that I get to help people.
