About Me
Hello couchsurfers! I am a native New Yorker who loves this city and sharing it with others. Here is a quick guide for visitors.
Best view in NYC - Gantry state plaza in Long Island City,, Queens
Unique neighborhoods - Chinatown, Jackson Heights (Indian), Koreatown, Little Italy
Activities - NYC is home to a large Puerto Rican and Dominican community. I recommend you take a salsa or bachata dance class.
Food - this is probably the best part of NYC, you can try food from all over the world while you are here. For affordable prices, I recommend going to Elmhurst, Queens (most diverse neighborhood in the world) where you can find great Thai, Colombian, Indian, Peruvian and food from many more countries.
Nightlife - so many possibilities. Do you like casual bars or upscale clubbing? Ask me for more information.
POTENTIAL GUESTS PLEASE READ
If I agree to host you, please be respectful of my personal schedule (sleep, work, etc). I will do my best to show you a great time in New York but I will not be able to accompany you all the time so please keep that in mind. If you have good hygiene and good manners then we will get along!
