I believe staying and conversing with local people will help to become more immersed and deepen my appreciation of an environment and it's culture

So far I've had some great times with fellow travellers in hostels and now I'd like to try something new

Update: I tried couchsurfing and it was heaps of fun

I am also very enthusiastic about languages and language learning. I enjoy the opportunity to converse with people in another tongue
