About Me
Hello to you!
My name is William Orving.
I'm an open-minded and energetic person who loves to meet new people and see new cool places.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling, I'm all for meeting new people and to know cool info that otherwise would be hidden from "regular" tourists.
If I'm not too busy with work, it's always fun to welcome new people over to my flat to talk about everything.
Being new to couchsurfing, this information will probably change later for the better.
Interests
I love hanging out with people.
It's always fun to just have a beer in the sun, taking a "fika" (coffee and cinnamon bun) or having a meal with new people.
Other than that I play piano, watch a lot of movies together with my girlfriend and just take it easy while I can.
I also love my job.
Making games- and applications are one of the best and most enjoyable things I know.
And last but definitely not least is traveling. If I could I would be out on the road forever and always explore, meet new interesting people and "personally unchart" all unexplored lands.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not very picky when it comes to music, I more or less listen to everything when it's good. A small warning though, under longer periods of time listening to hip hop and classical music, I rarely can't stand it.
There's loads of great movies I love.
But my favorite genres must be "realistic" sci-fi and fantasy, which most of the cases isn't anything close to realism.
My most loved movie this day must be Interstellar.
There's not much time reading books nowadays. But I guess if it counts I read a lot of news about game development, new computer-ware and other miscellaneous nerd facts from Kotaku.
Other than that I only read books meant for tabletop games like Warhammer 40K and role-playing games like Dungeon and Dragons.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Saved drunk people from the Stockholm subways a couple of times - be safe around trains kids.
2014 - Me and my girlfriend built our own timber raft and went down "Klarälven" for a week.
Been spending one night in the Ice hotel in Kiruna, Sweden. I can really recommend it! :)
2015 - Making my first ever Europe Interrail trip with my girlfriend for more than five weeks. Met a lot of really nice couchsurfers during this time that I am forever grateful for hosting us! :D
