Hello, my name is Will and I'm 19 years old. I am a college student at Virginia tech in the U.S. and I am studying mathematics.

I love traveling and meeting people and am currently traveling in Japan to learn the language and experience the culture. I love trying new things and meeting new people so I am usually up for anything.

Interests

I like adventure and am looking to experience as much as I can before I end college and get a job and have more responsibilities. I like to hear about people's cool stories and share mine, so doing anything out of the ordinary, especially with cool people, is a double win because it is fun and you get new stories to trade with other cool people.

My favorite books include Shogun, Harry Potter, Game of thrones, and The Iliad and the Odyssey, because the Greeks were awesome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got a state department scholarship to go to Germany for a year as a youth embassador between ending high school and starting college. I had an amazing time traveling in Europe and meeting tons of people during my 10 month stay.

I can teach English or German, I am fluent in both.
I am always happy to have a Japanese lesson.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share some fun experiences. I like to think I am a fun person to hang out with. I am very easily entertained and am perfectly happy just sitting at home and talking and sharing stories or going out and meeting people.
