Gist of my story: I grew up in Charleston, SC. Went off to the Air Force Academy right after high school. Graduated and became an intelligence officer assigned to Cannon AFB in Clovis NM. I separated last year and became an IT tech on base, helping with the installation of a new building. I'm moving to Los Angeles to be a model and actor (real original, I know, lol). So far I have the interest of Vision Models and several acting managers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'll be new to Los Angeles, moving out there the week of the 20th. I'm still looking for my place to live there, and I'm on Rad Pad every day now, but I obviously want to see the places in person before I commit to anything. So it'd be great to meet some locals that can teach me about the city and make some friends.

Interests

Martial arts. Boxing, wresting, kung fu san soo
Cars. I drive a '94 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4. Would love to finally get a motorcycle after I settle into the city.
Hiking, camping, snowboarding, beach bumming.
Need to enroll myself in some acting classes ASAP after I get there.
Also interested in dancing classes as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmmm, lived for a month in Japan with a host family in the summer of my sophomore year in Wakayama Province. (I have not kept up with Japanese though :/)
