About Me

Hey there,
I created my profile in 2014, but never used it for anything, so I am a quite green, when it comes to the couchsurfing concept. I think couch surfing is daring, but also very beautiful, that such a thing exist, after all we have to put some trust in the world, if we want to go anywhere with it. I was thinking that I would make my profile text short and factual, but realized that it is probably important to get a sense of how a person formulates themselves, so decided to write some about my passion in life:

I would say that my passion is art, which probably sounds a bit annoying to some people.
A teacher I once had said that art is the fight for reality.
Or the fight for how we think about reality.
Propaganda, the news, sculpture, painting, music, games, virtual reality, words, programming, architecture. To my mind anything could be perceived as art, but whats interesting to me is finding out the technical ways of expressing ideas, creating attentiveness and feelings of wonder.
I firmly believe we have to think it before we can change the way we act, and art changes the way we think, and here I don't necessarily mean thinking in a conscious way.
So recap basically I view my life as a quest to find stuff worth expressing and to find the best ways of expressing it.

Dropping some extra facts about myself, that might be interesting:

I am a vegetarian and agnostic, I also believe that basic income is a great idea.

Currently I am taking a bachelor in CG. (computer graphics)
Also I have a sparetime job as a drawing teacher at my local evening school for kids age: 12-18.

Also I have 3 smaller brothers (age: 6, 8, 9), my parents are separated and I don't see them that often, since I'm young and studying etc, but I have a good relationship with my family, cosy and honest.

I also have a girlfriend, who currently is in the USA.

ENTP

Tabletennis is fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

"one amazing thing" ;)

A movie I wrote a script for won a price for best movie under 18 at Nordic youth film festival. (never really got around to boast about it, so I am doing that now lol)

I got a scuba divers licensee when i was 14, we had to do a depth dive on 30 meters in really clouded and cold water, that was scary, but cool at the same time.

I sold a piece of artwork to AROS, an art museum in Århus.

I have tried smoking dmt

I moved out when I was 17 to study in another city. One of the best decisions of my life.

Applying and getting into the animation workshop, an attractive school (top 20 in the world) for Animation and Computer Graphics.

Learned to juggle.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know some about entertainment design, drawing theory, storytelling, semiotics and that kind of thing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Talking - sharing stories, maybe a few sketches of your place, your things and/or you. We could cook some vegan food together.
