i love climbing and hiking but none of friends like the cold, so i end up going solo a lot

ABOUT ME

I go to law school in california, as you can imagine it's pretty dull and I travel as a means of forgetting all the stress and work school requires. This summer I worked in Alaska (the hiking was incredible!) and saved up enough money for a winter trip during my schools intersession. I recently traveled to New Zealand and fell in love with the fjordlands so I thought I'd try Iceland for another coastal mountain experience. I think i love it so much because it's similar, but different than my hometown of Seattle. Other than that I love running, snowboarding, mountaineering or climbing, and cooking. Just learning to enjoy this wonderful planet and attack each day with a smile, a laugh, and a open heart.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will sleep on your couch, and when I am at home, you can sleep on mine. I also am a great cook :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never done couch surfing, but my brother used it a decent amount and always has awesome results- from meeting cool people to getting inside info on local travel spots. I'd love to start meeting new people in new places and making some new memories

Books: Snowcrash, winner take all, ender's game (entire series) the city and the city, as i lay dying, sacre blue, anything that has imagery I usually like-genre doesn't matter

Music: I could list about a zillion and a half bands here, but i'll just say that i listen to everything: jazz, rock, country, hip hop, electronic (all decades for any of these the list is very long- show me new music!)

I tutor accounting and economics(my undergrad degrees) on the side of going to law school. I am only a student, but if you need help with homework-I'm probably your dude
