ABOUT ME
Friendly, caring, and giving person. I like to work hard and play hard.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like to travel and when I travel I like to get the local flavor, to know and experience the place the way the people that live there do. Couchsurfing is a great way to do this. I'm born and raised in Massachusetts, and my family has lived here for almost 300 years. I'm passionate about this area and eager to share it with anyone.
Interests
When I'm not working (which is too rare) I enjoy ultimate frisbee, tai chi, and cruising around on a motorcycle. Occasionally I also get really into photography.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first trip to Europe was amazing. Got their a day early to avoid a snow storm at home. First thing I see upon arriving in Paris was us rising behind Notre Dame. Spent the next 7 days in Europe with no hotel reservations, just a EuroRail pass and a plane ticket home from Munich. We just asked locals where to go and what to see and took it day by day.
Snowboarding on Heavenly at Lake Tahoe when it was 70 degrees out was amazing. I grew up on the East coast, and our mountains are small and slopes are icy. Heavenly was heavenly. The views were awesome. The boarding was great.
I can't swim. And it sucks. But while in the British Virgin Islands, I went snorkeling. So may colorful fish and other aquatic life. And only a couple of times was a scared about my inability to swim. But it was worth it.
