ABOUT ME

After college, I lived in Denver working mostly on music, and a bit on web development. Things I love and could have a spirited conversation about: musicians and bands (favorites include Muse, Justice, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Arcade Fire, Caravan Palace, Alt-J, Jessie-J, other things with J in in it, etc.), surfing, computers/programming, cooking, baking, weird adventures of our past, and even more stuff that I can't think of right meow.

PHILOSOPHY

Not religious, but love meeting folks with different outlooks (studied Buddhism for a while and it changed my life despite not becoming my faith).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm totally new to Couchsurfing, but my band is going on tour starting today and we realized we still need some places to stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None. Although I did sleep on my friends couch one time and was kept up all night by his cat. It's a wild story, I'll tell you all about it.

Interests

Music, surfing, web dev, programming, making a killer loaf of bread, eating most food (most kinds and most of it), strange adventures, and personal hygiene.

Music, Movies, and Books

Incredible books that I've read recently: Unbearable lightness of being, Daily Rituals, L'étranger. Diehard fan of Arrested Development. Avoid most TV shows as not to get addicted (I had a weird week in which I consumed all of Battlestar Galactica. Never again).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can roll my belly. Probably the most amazing thing.

Things I could teach and help with: guitar lessons, computer help, cooking, French, Italian, and perhaps even more.
