now that varies- i can get quite carried away by seeing things turn round for the better

i just love a hot bath or steamroom

a day gardening (yet the garden is a jungle- just lost a sock and shoe inthe undergrowth
love being at top of mountains - anywhere - but have not been on one lately
or serious walking or a damned good book or total slouching etc etc
