ABOUT ME
I stepped out of the social norm a long time ago. Currently I am exploring my abilities to create a positive difference in the world around me. Mainly by discovering, protecting and preserving natural treasures like waterfalls caves and other ecologic treasures of nature.
Not concerned for money or material things at all; more interested in spending this life tilling and cleaning the ground to leave a ripple of influence that can be enjoyed long after I am gone.

CURRENT MISSION
I love my life and the way I have chosen to live it. I've spent the last few years in the Philippines doing community development projects that started with building organic community gardens and houses, but have now moved to building Eco-Tourism NATURE attractions.

PHILOSOPHY

I would rather do something and wish I had not than to not do something and wish I had.

I am often asked how I fund my traveling, and my answer to that is: Life is about experiences not about money. We can always make more money, but can't always make more time in our life to experience the world. So I made a commitment to myself to never sacrifice by not do something I want to just because of money. I would rather be poor and happy with lots of stories than rich and bored with life. Because ultimately when we are 60+ which are we going to remember more, that day back in our mid 20's when we went to work and did nothing, or that time we traveled to South America and rafted the Amazon...

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with many couch surfers all around the world and every one of them was amazing. I am now a host myself, though I mainly host through Workaway and WWOOFing. I am in Siquijor to build something amazing and I love having help from travelers passing through to build the various Eco-tourism projects I may currently be working on.

I am very busy with my projects and can't always show people around the Island, but usually have multiple workaway volunteers that go around the island together.

兴趣

I love nature and all parts of it. I am interested in our connection or lack there of of so many of us to our environment. I am interested in learning about the truth behind the illusions of this reality. How and why are we here. What's the point of all this and how should we be interacting with this world and others around us....

I am learning and growing, just as every human should.
I make mistakes that I try to learn from,
But I NEVER GIVE UP.
My mission and this planet is too important to have soft skin and a weak resolve. It's a tough playground we are in and if we ever want to see a difference, then we ourselves have to be the ones to make it.
