I am Brazilian, born in 1984, graduated in chemical engineering, I lived in Madrid, Spain, for a year of my doctorate and I am passionate about traveling because travel brings unique experiences of life, opens our mind in relation to new cultures, customs and teaches us to extend life in a lighter way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

On a recent trip to Lisbon, a friend told me of his experiences as a traveler and user of Couchsurfing, how it can be more interesting to travel to places and have experiences with places, besides tourist points, you have the opportunity to experience a bit of routine local. So I was interested in being part of Couchsurfing and, besides being able to have new experiences as a guest, to be a good host when I have the opportunity

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music in general, on my iPod you can find varied playlists with artists like Beyoncé, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Imagine Dragon, Drake, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Brazilian artists like Ivete Sangalo, Daniela Mercury, Gilberto Gil, and Caetano Veloso. So all the music that makes me sway, I like it.
I'm not a movie buff, I like watching movies at home, I like suspense movies, action, comedy, and romantic comedy, plus animations, but I prefer serials and my favorites are How to get away with murder, Scandal, Orphan Black, Friends (epic), Orange is the new black, and competition programs like RuPaul's Drag race, MasterChef, Sugar Rush, Nailed It, among others.
