Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm working away pretty often (= in Australia / Asia) but when I'm at home I like to meet new people. As well as when I'm traveling (for work) this seems a easy way to meet locals. I've lived in hotels for longer periods but don't get the feeling I get to know the country / people

I'm not hosting because I already share my house but happy to meet up :)

1) I've jumped out of a perfectly working plane above Lake Taupo (NZ) Never again!

2) Rode a motorcycle over a perfect white beach along a perfectly blue ocean near Esperance (Oz)
