COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This site saved my tail in Iceland when a hostel I had booked at couldn't find my booking and was otherwise full (at 3am). I found a couple nearby who hosted me wonderfully for two days.

Watched a 60 foot Trojan horse burn beautifully in the Nevada desert. I just got back from burning man again this year (I had to leave early and for the second straight year have missed the man burning due to a friend's wedding). Next year I will see him burn.

I have run competitively through college and continue to jump in the occasional road race locally. I have also coached track and cross country so I know a decent amount about how to train.
I also am really interested in developmental psychology, math curriculum,education and technology, America's cultural aversion to math, and the future of education.

I love exchanging stories as well and exploring how different experiences have shaped people's personalities and beliefs.
