ABOUT ME

I grew up in Cape Town left at 18 to go to London via the US. I live in London for 4 years working hard but playing hard mostly learning my skills in IT. After 4 years I had to leave the UK as I couldn't get sponsored so I managed to get sponsored to work in Australia. Took 6 months to travel UK, Ireland, Canada, US and Mexico to arrive in Melbourne in Jan '03. After 6 months I ended up meeting my wife whom I married in Jan 2012. The past year has been a really interesting time as I quit my job to focus on my changing my career to my passion which is in Web Startups.

I have just got a job now in Sydney and am in the process of moving from Melbourne so crazy times!

I love Web Startups, Rugby and Sailing. I am extroverted and enjoy meeting new people and having fun.

PHILOSOPHY

Currently I like the dark series like New Batman, Later Harry Potter Movies. I am not a fan of horror but like comedies and action movies. TV wise I like The Wire, Game of Thrones, True Blood, Spartacus, The Newsroom, Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, Family Guy, Top Gear and the Daily Show.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailing as a child around Cape of Good Hope over night.
Going to Canada and looking at the beautiful glaciers that are sadly melting.
Going to Mexico and travelling for 3 weeks.

Teach, Learn, Share

People with wide range of experiences and cultures. Always interested in learning new things about areas I am not experience in. I like to figure out how things work so I always ask a lot of questions :)
