Hi!

My name is Wineke (or Wini, whichever you prefer) and I'm currently doing a master in visual anthropology - which in short means I'm studying culture with a camera in my hand. I've lived in Tokyo for half a year which made me fall in love with Japan (and traveling in general), and from early 2025 I will be in Okinawa to do fieldwork for three months. I both like to be active in nature as well as to explore big cities, and I'm excited to meet local people along the way!
