ABOUT ME

i grew up in a community that practices meditation, and spirituality is a big part of my life. now it takes the form of wanting to learn as much as possible while being so full in my Self that i can give to others! after 2 years at a prestigious university, 3 years of travel and finishing my degree at home, i am finally independent and exploring my new freedom!

life is a choice. you create your reality. make it one you love! also don't take anything seriously. find the beauty in everything...

Interests

i like...waking up before the rest of the world, lying in the sun, taking a bath, skinny dipping, dancing in the sand at the edge of lake superior with my ipod, scarves, cozy Indian shawls that you've meditated in for years, my room as a roadmap of my past, starting to make plans when everything is still possible, anything from the 50's thru 70's, things arranged by color, the smell of horses, clothes that make random strangers smile as they walk past, looking up at the stars as you walk out of a building, hugs after yoga, open hearts, touching people's souls with my hands, ridiculous honesty, uniqueness, turquoise, slippers, the patch of skin between your eye and your eyebrow, listening to really loud music when driving and convincing yourself you're badass even when you're not, heart to hearts, candles in the woods, wildflowers, saturday morning at the farmer's market if you haven't baked the night before, giving in to cravings, making people tea when they're sick, figuring life out, not figuring life out, processing things slowly, leather sandals, cobblestone streets, milk in glass bottles, naked european older women, lea's house--everything about it, painted rafters, art spilling everywhere, dried flowers and a picture of jesus, small trashcans, 3 kinds of creamcheese, tiny turkish glasses, lunch on trays on the verandah, vegetable gardens, the smell of spring, honey locusts, starting fires, sailboats, old restored stoves, natural food stores, creating the perfect outfit out of clothes you already have, sappy girly songs, stretching super slowly, driving trucks, a straw hat over your face in the sun, beauty without trying, paul simon in an old car, watching your lips in the rearview mirror from the backseat, healing with energy, tagging along with people's extreme passions, dressing up for no reason, sleeping outside, nighttime as an entity
