About Me

I'm still new to couch surfing and have been hosted once, it was great and I would love to do it again.

I love travelling around and returned from my last big adventure in September 2015 after spending 7 months in South East Asia in hostels. It was in Hong Kong that I had my first couch surfing experience where I was hosted for a few nights.

Since getting back, I have been working away in a job to prepare for my next big adventure.

As I sometimes get weekends off work, I want to start exploring the countries near me in Europe.

I'd love to make another trip to Berlin because the last time, I was with friends and we were not able to find the main clubs. I would like to experience the famous Berlin nightlife and be able to enjoy going to a night club with my host for one night.
I hope someone who would like to show me the Berlin night life just one time!

Some other countries I'd like to visit in weekends off as I have never been before: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Hungary, Denmark, Croatia, Iceland.

Countries I'd like to explore more: Italy, Germany, Czech Republic

Thank you! Danke!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - mainly 60s music ranging from Bob Dylan to The Beatles. My favourite band is The Kinks.

I also love techno and electronic dance music, especially in night clubs. Ben Klock is awesome!

Movies -
My favourite movies are Tarintino movies and ones based on a true story. I like all genres from comedy to horror to rom coms to animation.

Books - I enjoy reading poetry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered to work as a counsellor for special needs in a summer camp in America. I done this for 3 months and learned so much about the lives of people with severe special needs. What the campers taught me about life is something that has shaped my decisions of my own life. Most of them were non verbal, and did not understand life or social norms but all showed me that no matter what happens to you or how you are born and raised, there is always something that can make you happy. Their appreciation for the things we tend to take for granted really made me open my eyes. They are the reason that I am making most of my free time and travelling whenever I can.

Teach, Learn, Share

Be kind, open your mind.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can speak English and am happy to share stories of travelling or about my home! I want to share our cultures too. In return, if the host ever comes to Scotland, they will have a couch too :)

I will bring some famous Scottish biscuits for my hosts: Tunnock's Teacakes and Caramel wafters and of course, short bread!
