ABOUT ME

Hi, I was born and raised in Penang, Malaysia. I left home to attend uni in Scotland, where I had the chance to meet many fabulous people from different countries. After 6.5 years in Scotland, I ended up in northern Ontario for further studies. I moved to Toronto about 3 years ago and haven't left yet. I'm always up for meeting up with people as long as I'm free!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A friend was a member of the couchsurfing community and we tried couchsurfing when we went travelling in Hungary and Slovakia. I joined couchsurfing after coming back from the trip, but haven't actually couchsurfed on my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend and I stayed with three different hosts during our travels - they were all friendly and generous. They showed us around their cities, and it was a wonderful experience.

Hiking in Slovak Paradise National Park- I'm not a fan of heights but managed to climb up some tall ladders and steep log walkways. It's thrilling and beautiful!
