About Me
Sorry for not answering all of you, i'm a bit overwhelmed by the amount of messages and host requests 🤪 Therefore I had to come up with some selection criteria.. If you have at least one reference as a host you chances for getting positive response are much higher. It's nice to travel and meet locals, but it's important also to contribute to CS community 😊
This part of CS profile is a quite challenging for me, but I will try to describe myself. I was born in Russia, 30 years ago. As all Russians, I am a little bit crazy. Well, maybe not a little bit :-D
I've used to change my locations quite a bit, especially during my master degree. I wish to continue with it in the future, but for now I've settled down in Tromsø. I live with my partner and a couple of parrots.
I like travelling and outdoors, especially I'm fond of hiking, trekking and biking. I love meeting new people, I think it's the best way to explore the world from new perspective!
If you happen to be in Tromsø (or need advice on hiking in Norway in general) don't hesitate to contact me!
P.S. I live with a dog, parrots and partner - if you allergic to any of this please stay safe 😀
Please read this if you want to be guest:
1. I prefer guest with references. Chances are much higher if you're not just eternal guest and traveller, but host other people as well.
2. It's hard to predict future. Please don't send me requests months in advance. 2 - 3 weeks upfront or less are optimal.
3. Be respectful. It's not a hotel, it's a home - please be a nice guest:
-put your dishes into dishwasher;
- no noise after 23;
- come home before 23 (if you going on aurora guided tour you won't be able to come before 23. So better stay elsewhere for that night. Otherwise my dog gonna wake up whole house including my neighbours)
- no noises before 7 am
- cooking is always appreciated 😀 (but don't forget to clean after yourself & don't use métal utensils on non-stick pots and pans)
- Don't spent all time on your phone or in your room. I'm hosting to meet people and to share expériences, not to occupy a room in my flat
What can I offer to guests:
- Coach in a private room;
- Puppy to play with 🐶;
- Coffee and tea;
- Some food (if i have time & energy maybe even a nice meal);
- Can borrow some hiking gear and possibly à bike/ skies;
- Boardgames night;
- Nice hike;
- Sauna / Tromsø badet?
- Piano 🎹
