We used to live in an awesome intentional community called Radistan in Washington DC. Now, we live in New York City - Brooklyn, to be exact - with our good friend-housemate Zach and a small dog named Jessie, near a large and beautiful park called Prospect Park!

Our doors are always open to world, with warm and tasty foods and good company awaiting our guests. We've surfed many a couch; we've kept many a couch to be surfed!

The best part of couch surfing is you wake up in the middle of the action. You can get up and go straight to preparing breakfast or having a conversation. There's no routine that you fall into. You never know what will be going on around you when you wake up. Exciting! You get to take advantage of every opportunity!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Winston: Traveled the United States in a school bus powered by recycled vegetable oil with some of the coolest people I've ever met. Living in an amazing community, Radistan. Also the coolest people I've met or lived with. The sunrise over the Grand Canyon. In Berlin for the 20th anniversary of Fall of Berlin Wall; In Prague for the 20th anniversary and reenactment of the "Velvet Revolution" in Prague. Started a business with my honey.

Liza: At the bottom of the fjords by boat, at the top of the fjords by foot! Radistan. The 20th Anniversary of the Berlin Wall falling in Berlin, and the Velvet Revolution reenacted in Prague (for a film). Scuba diving. Working on films. Starting a business. Learning how anything works.
