i want to see the world, immerse myself in different cultures and meet interesting people along the way.

ABOUT ME

since college, i always told myself that i'd take some time off to travel, but for some reason or another, something always stood in the way of that. years passed and i found myself still yearning for those experiences. i finally decided to do something about it, so i quit my job and took the 2011 year to travel! i did lots of outdoor excursions, took in the sights, learned about different cultures, met new people, ate lots of delicious food...but most of all, i really felt like i got to live the life i always imagined for myself!

i have since returned back to phoenix, az and have resumed working. i'm hoping to save up some more money and either continue traveling or live abroad....we'll see!

PHILOSOPHY

couch surfing has been really great experiences for me and i'm lucky to have made some lifelong friends out of it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

one amazing thing that i have seen in my life...is seeing my nephew born. that was by far the best experience of my life.
