ABOUT ME
I'm trying to figure out what might be interesting enough to spend the rest of my life doing it.
PHILOSOPHY
Haowanr (it's Chinese version of having a good time). Maybe sometimes I'm haowanring too much, but, c'mon - I have to discover the limits and that's the only way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
some coffees, some meetings and one last-minute hosting
Interests
Everything that is related to observing people's behavior. And sports, as I've discovered this type of activities quite late, I'm enjoying them as a kid.
- culture
- dining
- sports
- mountains
- last minute travel
Music, Movies, and Books
Books - hard to say. I used to spend most of the free (and not only free time) reading anything, starting with fantasy/sf but right now I prefer to go hiking/swimming/jogging/whatever than read just for reading. But I'm addicted to Questia, as it helps discovering new things and I still have a lot to read about my newest interest - sociology.
About music - any good music :) Not too precise but it's hard to define. Metal, punk, rock, baroque, classical, jazz, folk. Anything but pop/hip-hop/etc
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well, many of them ;) But I'm proud of the 2010 trip to Tibet and 3 day trekking/kora around Kailash, as I went to Tibet without any preparation, straight from the seaside and I survived. What's more - I fell in love with mountains at that time :)
Teach, Learn, Share
China. China. China.
I love China - its culture, food, people and language (however my Chinese is far from being good).
I'm also a geek so if you're a Linux fanatic we might find a common language.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Nepal, Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey
Countries I’ve Lived In
