CURRENTLY: Hitchhiking from Portugal to Iraq with a detour in Morocco, UK, and Ukraine!!! I am 22 years old and I attend a local college, while working as a server in Connecticut. I am traveling to see the world and to broaden my perspectives on life. I am most passionate about is meeting and connecting with others. I also love exercising such as going to the gym, playing basketball, hiking, and much more. In Summer of 2023 I backpacked across the USA and had a joint account with my ex girlfriend. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get all the references from the all the amazing host I've stayed with. Then that winter I also decided to take a trip across South East Asia for 3 months after a Workaway host I stayed with in Seattle suggested I join him. I stayed with my 65 year old friend for 4 days and he helped me get situated in Thailand. When I eventually get my own place I can’t wait to give back to the community by hosting people myself!! My music taste is mainly indie/folk music. I enjoy all types of music and love new recommendations. Some of my favorite movies are About Time, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Into the Wild, and Fight Club.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have hitchhiked over 15,000 miles (24,000 km) have stayed with over 70 incredibly nice strangers (for now). A few months ago I also walked 37 miles (60km) in Tevas Sandals without preparation and only good reason was to push my mind lol 😅

I can teach some basics of sports or the gym, and maybe help with English or even some American slang 😎. I love learning from other people's experiences and I could share my unique perspectives from my life on this planet.

I love to spend quality time with people and I really enjoy meaningful conversations. I can help out with any cleaning or other chores if need be. I am also very open to new experiences and would greatly appreciate any opportunity to do so.
